Hi,
This is my stock SAVAGE SS, I did the paint job my self with a bush, I thought it would look good if along with tribal flames I would write savage ss on the hood, in real life the writing shows more then it does in the pictures. In the future I plan to get aluminium adjustable a-arms and shock towers to lower the truck, and pro-line series 40 road rage tires to reduce sidewall flex at high speeds. This truck amazes everyone that see's it. thank you HPI for making such a WILD MACHINE!

Hi there,
Here are a few photos of my RS4 SS with a Saleen body. I just recently got back into RCs after a 10-year absence. It's nice to see how much this hobby has evolved since then. I chose HPI for their attention to detail and body selection, but most importantly, for the fact that you can still purchase a car in kit form! I'm looking forward to building my next kit, a Savage SS, photos to come. Keep up the good work.

Hello HPI,
My name is PJ Lopez and I just got to say that I love my RS4 3 EVO RTR!! The pictures with the HPI rims with a red lip are the eldest ones and the newest one is with the back with a polished lip rims. Great starter car for people like me, that don't want a "regular car", but something with a little more pep to it right out of the box. Keep on doing what you are doing, and keep those bodies looking good!

Hi, my name is Oscar Saldana from La Puente, CA. I've just recently got
into the Radio Control hobby. I decided to start off with the HPI
Sprint kit because I liked what it had to offer for the beginner. I'm
learning alot from my electric sprint and am hoping to get a gas powered
HPI car in the near future. Here are the pics of my Sprint with a few
body modifications; mainly the grills on the front and side vents of the
Porshe body that came with my Sprint. You guys did a wonderfull job

Here's my Savage SS with the Truckzilla .46 conversion and the 1970 Elcamino SS body. I airbrushed it with Competition Orange, Daytona Yellow and Pearl White for the front end and flames. The body is Shzoom Teal backed with Indy Silver, and Metallic Black for accent. The rear bumper, supercharger, exhaust pipes and box interior are chrome. Hi,
My name is Nick Purdue, and I'm from Bloomington, IL. This is my Nissan Skyline Micro RS4. I painted the body to look similar to the Skyline used in the movie "2 Fast 2 Furious." It even comes equiped with an underbody light kit. Came out pretty good for my first body. The strips on the side were especially difficult considering I did it with masking tape and spray paint.

It's a HPI Skyline R-34 GTR body on a stock Micro RS4! The wheels are JET alloy wheels with HPI rubber tires.

Hello,
Attached are some pics of my race ready RS4-3SS. I have found that the lack of people racing HPI RS4-3s in any competitive level have made getting this car to race spec pretty hard. I am one of 2 people who run RS4-3s in the scene here in WI, and the only one competitive. The car is packed with Wolfpack Radical goodness (Chassis, 2speed, steering), and the hot STS based 12R XS plant pushing it. It has a custom gear ratio, and the entire driveline has been dropped 3mm closer to the deck. The only parts upgraded were those that needed it. Shock towers are a frilly thing more than a real hard core upgrade so they will happen down the road. The car is as fast in corners and on the straight as any NTC3, Serpent 710, and R40 with a plant of similar power. Not a show queen, but all race. Every part of the car has been tuned/tweaked to better its performance, I dont spend long on the body painting it just weighs the car down hehe. The additional mods list goes on for ever. CVDs all around, front/rear ball diffs, racer2 fuel tank, and everything possible lowered to the deck. Every week its getting closer to 1st place in the weekly club races. (mostly driver at this point ;) Ive been a customer of HPI since the original RS4, and really hope you guys keep developing the RS4 line in a shaft driven fashion. The R40 is nice, but I would love to see it in a shaft setup J
